Business Matchmaking Program™


Thank you for registering in the Business Matchmaking Program™ at Outsmart Marketing

As a confirmed participant, your company will be registered in the Business Matchmaking Program™.

The program aims to facilitate pre-schedule meetings before the start of the event and we will assist in effectively matching your company to the right participants.

Once you receive your login details you will be able to:

  1. Step 1 - Log into your private online report.
  2. Step 2 - Select companies you wish to meet through your business matchmaking report.
  3. Step 3 - An emailed meeting request is sent to the opposite party - accept or reject the meeting based on the value perceived.
  4. Step 4 - Your online report will be updated with new matches.
  5. Step 5 - Track meeting progress on your private online calendar.
  6. Step 6 - Print your calendar before the event - reference to confirmed meeting times, location and details whilst you are at the exhibition.
  7. Step 7 - Confirmed meetings include contact details. Re-confirm your own meetings by calling your meeting invitee.
  8. Step 8 - We will be onsite to assist with your confirmed meetings.

Tips in completing your company information

  • The 50 word company profile will be sent within all the meeting requests to your targeted companies.
  • Enter a web address so participants can research your company before meeting with you.
  • Ensure the cell-phone number provided is available in South Africa. Only South African cell-phone numbers will be sent SMS meeting reminders.
  • Be sure of the selected meeting times, we will only schedule the meetings within these times.
  • Carefully select the industries you wish to meet; this information will be used to match you to other companies.
  • You are able to select multiple industries, sub industries and other categories – rather provide more selections than too few!
